GINGER WATER! What comes to your mind when you think of ginger water? Hangover recovery? Well, that’s one benefit I must say. I drink ginger water every morning and I agree completely that the benefits of it are plenty. But first, how do you even make it? It’s very simple.
Firstly, take 2 cups of water and keep it on the stove for boiling. When the water starts heating up, grate ginger in the water and let it boil thoroughly. Now remove it from heat and let the water cool down. Strain the liquid. Add a few drops of lemon and teaspoonful of honey, and drink it.
